Not returning to the dock

I having D max pro model. It's one year old doing its job really well. It saved me by intaking lots of tinny dust. I want my house to be clean when I getup in morning. This robot use to fulfill my need as I schedule cleaning for my Robot. But one day it stopped working then like it stop every 20sec and says filter is not clean enough. I connect with call center team. Anyway they arranged for service but it take 48hours for a service man to connect with use. Now I need to stay without robot for 3+ days latter not sure how many days they take to repair. I started thinking hard filter is new brush is new still why error. No reset option helped. This message is given only if dust is full and not air flow gap is left and also when vaccum is unable to suck due to block . So I decided to open and check motor if any blockage happend. After spending half a day i realized that motor was stuck with tinny aluminium piece. I had aluminium work and i have cleaing with full suction which resulted in sucking metal piece all the way to motor and it stopped motor from rotating. Finally satisfied with one day I spent on it also understood why we shouldnt keep suction speed to full also shouldnt use to clean hard materials..
Hope you someone else faced similar issue no need it service just spend sometime open it with right tool and it will work.

Fresh water tank is not working i had tried all steps. On base station cleaning also fresh water not comes but on manually puring water it collects in dirty water tank. Please help.
