Most of the times their accessories are out of stock.  Its time for Dreame-team to work on accessories, and not just unit sales.

Just selling products without accessories it's difficult to run for long.

it’s really disappointing to know that I have purchased an expensive 80k vacuum cleaner which is Dreame X40 Ultra & they don’t have any accessories nor their detergent available on Dreame official website & neither on Amazon/ Flipkart or Chroma..when I called Dreame customer care about the same..they are saying it’s out of stock & they are not sure when it will be in stock..its really sad & very poor after sales service by Dreame

I always check for spares. I bought 3 detergents at once. Luckily there are third party for other accessories.

I am surprised to see so many customers complaining about accessories that are essential but never available. And Dreame India is just not bothering to listen to it's customers!
