[D10 Plus Gen 2] Mop having issue connecting with robot

Mop tank and robot both have clean connections point but I m not hearing confirmation after connection

Hello,

I am writing regarding my ongoing issue with Case #CASE202511170047.

After reporting the issue on Nov 12th, you sent a replacement tank which did not resolve the problem. I was then promised that a pickup would be arranged to bring the robot in for repairs.

However, no one has contacted me since then. I have no pickup schedule and no means to track this repair request.

Please check Case #CASE202511170047 immediately and provide:

The confirmed pickup date/time.

A valid repair tracking link/status.
