Hi , my dreame L10s ultra doesnot wet mop the room completely . After some 2 minutes only the mop pads are running but water is not being used / no wetness on the floor. And the robot is making much noise now. Actually after some days of purchase the pump stopped working , so sent it for repair . After the repair these two problems have started. It's been six months since I bought but haven't used it for one full month . Emailed the customer care but no reply from them . Really frustrated .Can someone/ dreame customer care help me ?
