Dust Bag Not Installed

Though the dust bag is properly fit and installed as seen in the image, Dreame X40 Ultra Dock says it is not installed.
The following steps were carried out to fix but in vain:
1. Removed and installed the dust bag.
2. Checked if dust bag is properly seated and clicks. It does.
3. Restarted the robot after considerable time to check if that fixed it but in vain.
4. Checked if firmware is updated to the latest version.
5. Completely reset to the robot to factory default settings.
Above steps didn't help much to rectify this issue. @dreame_india This was totally unexpected in such a flagship product Dreame X40 Ultra (very recently bought). I hope support for this is upto expectations. Please help in resolving this ASAP.

Hi,
As marked in the picture, there's switch which gets pressed once you install the bag correctly.
Just check if you are able to hear "click" sound once you fix the dust bag.
You can also verify it by pressing it using a spoon or anyrhing which can go in the slot.
Check if after it is pressed properly, the notification in App goes away.
If not, please raise a ticket with cuatomer care for support.

I checked by doing so. I hear the click sound but the error still persists.

Please raise a support ticket, as it may be that the switch has stopped working and may need to be replaced.
