1. Q:What is the height of the robot obstacle crossing? Why is obstacle crossing effect poor?
A: (1) Its obstacle crossing height is 2cm
     (2)When the robot works with water tank, the obstacle crossing ability will be slightly reduced, If the threshold is vertical or when the robot across a sliding door,the robot wheels will might be stuck and cannot be crossed, it is recommended to put a slope,or set up a virtual wall in the Dreamehome App for assisted.
     (3) When the robot is working, the oil stain in the kitchen or the water in the bathroom may attach to the wheels, causing slippage and can not crossing obstacles, you clean the wheels before start working.

2. Q:Why does the robot consume power quickly when it is working?
A: (1)After the robot is charged then placed for a long time, the first few minutes of work may appear that the power drops quickly, which is a normal phenomenon, and after a few minutes the power consumption will return to normal state.     
     (2)When using Max mode for cleaning, the power of the robot will be consumed quickly.
3. Q:How to handle if the mop is too wet or has too much water when the robot is working?
A:If the local climate is humid or the floor material is difficult to dry water stains, you can set mopping with minimal moisture in the Dreamehome App.

4. Q:Why does the machine rotate after leaving the base station and does not start working directly?

A:After the robot leaves the base station, it needs to position itself,when it finishes positioning, it starts working.

5. Can the robot dust box filter be washed?

A: (1)The dust box filter can be washed, but it needs to be completely dried before put it into the dust box.
     (2)After the dust bin filter is washed, it needs to be dried for at least 24 hours to ensure that the robot can work properly.

6. Q:Why is the robot offline after the network is successfully connected?

A: (1)Please check if the network is in good condition
     (2) During the cleaning process, if the network signal is poor, the robot will be offline.
     (3) If the robot shuts down due to low power, it will be offline.

7. Q: How to handle if the robot prompts the main brush is entangled by a foreign object?

A: (1)Please remove the brush cover first, then remove the brush and clean the tangles on the brush.
     (2)After cleaning, reinstall the roller brush and check whether it rotates smoothly.
      Note that the perimeter of the main brush cover needs to be installed in place.

8. Why did the robot fail to start?

A: (1) The robot is low on power. Please connect the robot to the base station for charging for a few minutes, then try to turn it on again.
     (2)If the robot still can't turn on after charging, please restore the robot to factory settings then try again.
     (3)If none of the above 2 steps work, it might be the robot button failure,please contact the after-sales service.
