[L10s Pro Ultra] Unable to find cleaning solution refill

Its been over a month but I am still unable to find cleaning solution refill on market place or anywhere else including dreame website for my recently purchased L10s Ultra Pro. This is rediculous that as a customer we pay premium price for a premium product but only to find out that spare products are not available. Pretty frustrated with the experience. Here is the link that the support team provided me to keep on checking when the stock will be available but unfortunately no luck. PLEASE HELP!!!
