Dreame L10s Prod Ultra- Mop Extend not working

When it is mopping, The Mop is nor being extended and edge remains unmopped

Please check if the mop extend feature is ON in the App. Only then the mop pad will extend.

If it is ON and still not happening, please share a video of the robot when it cleans the edges for our better understanding. We shall help you further.
