Accessory Purchasing Channel for L10s Pro Ultra

Seems like we'd have to travel to china in order to get the spare parts for Dreame L10s Pro Ultra, didn't know this while buying. I need a new brush, the current one is showing wear and tear after just 1 month usage. Mopping pads are flattened too.

L10s pro ultra heat accessories are still not available as when I talk to customer care last monthe they confirmed it will be available on 1st May. I am not able to use the robot due to non availability of accessories. Warranty is about to expire.

I paid hefty amounts for l10s pro ultra not a single accessory available since a year worst after support anyone can provide

All spares are out of stock! How do we keep the machine running? Is there any other store to purchase?
