Need a technician

I urgently need a technician to service my Dreame F10 robot vacuum cleaner. It ingested a pin, and cut the main spinner. Also, it's making a rattling noise (as if there's something loose inside).

The rattling noise is mostly because of damaged brush. Please remove it and check.
