F10 water tank not being detected

Hey Dreame team, I’m facing an issue with my F10. Even though the water tank is installed it is not being detected! Neither it is giving the voice confirmation nor the app showing mopping related functions. Please help!

There is a small magnet fixed on the water tank under the sticker. Please check if it has fallen off or lost its magnetic properties.
You can dm me a few pictures for better clarity

I don’t think there is any magnetic parts that looking like fallen off.
