Dreame X40 ultra accessories are not available to purchase. Why is the customer service so poor?

I got a call form Dreame customer care end for accessories availibility already sent a mail to mentioned mail address for F10 black accessories kit let me see when ever they will response after that i will post regarding this. By the way currently F10 robot vacuum cleaner accessories available in Amazon already ordered now have to wait for delivery.
