Clean water is not getting used for mop pad

I have filled the clean water tank but somehow the clean water is being fetched for wetting the mop pad, and the mop pad remains dry. Its happening for few days, up until now it was working fine, and 1 day it stopped.

Any troubleshooting advice or anything that I can do to solve this?

Hi, Can you please let us know product model and also which liquid detergent other than lizol/dettol is being used in clean water tank?
