Unable to remove side brush

Should we remove the side brush? If so, how do we do it, especially with hair stuck in it?

Yes, you can remove the side brush for cleaning.
You need to flip the robot upside down, then use both the hand and pull 2 wings straight upwards. Side brush will come out easily.
