Wet mopping isnt working

Auto empty & base station self cleaning not working , i have thoroughly cleaned the device still the issue Model L40 ultra AE I have raised a service request my case number is CASE202610020123. I was asked to share the videos of the issue i am facing which i did immediately but after that i have not received any response from your end please help me, its been a month that the device is not working , i have invested 60k on this device & expecting faster resolution for the issue
