Wet mopping isnt working

I have been using the Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2 for the past 6 months. I noticed that the mop pad is not getting enough water even though the water level is set to maximum. The mop pad dries out almost immediately while mopping. Could you please help identify what the issue might be?

Don’t buy this brand as accessories selling at higher price and cheating customers and just Mop Itself 780/- and all accessories kit always in out of stock. go for reputated brand and will also provide same nagative review in Amazon today and making fool the Indian customers by selling at height price and why other brand mops are at lesser price. Are you making this mop with gold or silver metal as you sell at higher price..
