[F10] Mopping not getting selected in Dreame mobile app

Hi,

The machine is only sweeping as I am unable to get the app working on mopping mode. Tried various other ways but unsuccessful

The machine has been collected by Dreame on 12 Jan 26 via Delhivery Courier..

Can you please return the repaired machine..Its a brand new machine with 5 year warranty
