Keep getting side brush is tangled error

Unable to vaccum because my robot keeps giving Sode brush is tangled please clean and the error still keeps coming even after removing cleaning the side brush.

Hi, we would request you to check if the side brush motor is jammed up by manually trying to rotate it. Please share a video in the DM if any further concerns. Thanks
