Hi, we strongly suggest the use of Dreame Cleaning Solution or Drinking water. Any other cleaning agent may damage the water system as they are corrosive in nature. Using local cleaning agent may also void warranty.

But you don't have stock and for months. This is a pithy response. You will not make the accessory available but suggesting we don't use anything else. This is very poor customer support.

This is just disaster buying Dreame product. I was happy with MI. These guys know how to piss off customers. Without liquid how cleaning can be done?

Hi, it’s not mandatory to use Dreame’s detergent. It basically works with any floor cleaning liquid. I use Beco floor cleaner and Koparo floor cleaner. It works flawlessly. They ask you to use their products so that they can sell and make money.
