Water not coming for cleaning moppads

I have dreame l10 prime.ans now i face some problem like all functions work properly but when we try to clean moppads then water not came in to the bucket.i will check already no blockage in pipe.so how to solve this problem.

Hi, You may need to raise a request with customer care to get it checked. Internal pump and tubes may have gotten blocked and may need thorough cleaning
