Mop pad usage

Can't we use any other company's mop pad when old ones get damaged??

Hi,
Duplicate pads will cause -
1. Efficiency drop
2. Excessive noise/motor wear and tear
3. Streaks on the floor after mopping
4. High wear and tear

Hence we suggest to use only genuine parts
