Warranty extension

Kindly share the charges for extending the warranty of Dreame X40 Ultra.

Hi, currently dreame does not offer any extended warranty on products. In future if extended warranty is available and you're eligible. You shall get notification.

Well in a span of 1 year and still under warranty your product has broken down multiple times. And fixing it is a headache as your after sale/service team is incompetent.
So how do you expect your customers to fix the problem incase of an issue in a case where there is no warranty left?
