It’s been more 1.5 years since I got my Dreame X40 Ultra. I had upgraded from an Ecovacs T20 and am totally satisfied with the product (function and reliability both). However, even after such a long time you haven’t been able to get your accessory and consumable supply chain in order. It’s not my area of expertise but I erodes the faith of customers, especially early adopters. Also, there are no new products being launched and we are stuck with outdated models. Please look into the matters to improve customer satisfaction.
