Not charging , every minute it says " Start charging " and not able to wash pads

Bot is not able to charge itself. And when it returns to doc in the middle of the task. It gets stuck at dock because washing of pad is not happening i guess.
I am not getting any error messages also.

Hi, you need to clean the charging contacts of the robot and the dock station becuase robot is not able to establish contact for charging.
You'll see black marks on the metal point, just scratch it off. This should solve the issue
