Dreame l10s is offline from past few days

I tried recnnecting to network, reset, deleted device from app bur still no success. At the end it would show loading data and then after a long time goes offline. I removed data and cache etc., installed app again but still its the same. Been trying since 3 days, but no success. Please help.

Hi, This may happen when either -
1. The router is overloaded (a lot of devices are already connected, you may wante to disconnect a few devices and check)
2. Network is intemittently lost ( you may want to check that with your internet service provider)

After ensuring these two points, restart the robot and the router once and try again
