Device is offline

The dreame app always shows "device is offline" but the vacuum is working fine and returning to the dock properly everytime. But the error message persists anyways. WiFi signal is also good near the dock.

Hi, You may want to restart the router and the robot. If that does not solve the issue, try reconnecting it on the app. And if even that does not help, try connecting robot on a mobile hotspot to check if tht solves. If connecting on hotspot solves it, it indicates that the router has some issue.
