Important Update: Dreamehome Alexa Skill Status

Dear Dreame Family,
We have an update regarding the recent Alexa skill transition. Our team has been working around the clock with Amazon to restore full functionality.

Current Service Status
We are pleased to announce that the Dreamehome Alexa skill is now back online and fully operational for most regions and languages.
Note for US English & German Users: Service for US English and German is still in the final stages of restoration. We expect these to be available very soon. If you use these languages, we appreciate your continued patience for just a little longer.
How to Restore Your Connection
While some users may find their devices working immediately, we recommend re-binding your account to ensure a stable connection. Please ensure both your Dreamehome App and Amazon Alexa App are updated to the latest versions before proceeding.

You can reconnect using either of the two methods below:
Method 1: Via the Dreamehome App (Recommended)
If you have previously linked Alexa:
1. Go to the "Me" section > Voice Control > Amazon Alexa.
2. Tap the Linked button at the top.
3. Select Confirm on the "Unlink" pop-up. Once you see "Deleted," the unlinking is complete.
4. Tap the Not Linked button to jump to the Alexa App.
5. Tap Link on the configuration page. When you return to the Dreamehome App and see "Added" or "Linked," you are all set!

If you are a new user:
Follow steps 4 and 5 above to link for the first time.


Method 2: Via the Amazon Alexa App
1. Open the Alexa App, tap More > Skills & Games.
2. Search for "Dreamehome" and select it.
3. Tap ENABLE TO USE.
4. You will be redirected to the Dreamehome authorization page. Tap Allow.
5. Once the "Binding Completed" page appears, your devices are ready to use.
