Map tilting

After few days of usage map keeps getting tilted and not like the room it was . It has been happening many times

Hi, this may happen due to low levelled furniture or curtains touching the LiDAR.
Step 1 : restore the map if you have backed it up previously. If not backed up, remap once.
Step 2 : Identify the spots where the LiDAR is getting physically obstructed by curtain/under the sofa/bed etc. and put these spots under no-go zones.

answer is not solve the issue.it was working well before.may be update s/w problem.

You cannot remove fixed furniture and there are no curtains touching the ground … so issue not resolved and I need to keep mapping after few weeks everytime

My D10 gen 2 showing low battery even after 10 hr of charging. It is not moving from the dock.
