Terrible product and customer support service

I hav reached out about the defect with the product where it is not docking properly. I have raised the concern to the customer support in November which is with in the warranty period. They gave steps but that didn’t work and no further communication on it. I reached out to them again after a month and they simply said its out of warranty. Same response from the team whenever I reach out to them. There is a representative named: Ashwini who kept repeating same thing that don’t help at all. This is terrible experience and we are regretting the kind of support we got for a corporate company. Terribly disappointed.
