Robot battery drained immediately on starting cleaning task

So, when i try to start the cleaning process.. the robot immideatly discharges and stops work. Please suggest what has to be done? Shall i wait for it to charge 100 percent? Or shall i do a factory reset?

You can try keeping it on charge for a day and then reset as well. In case this doesn't work, you may need to get it services as there could be some issue with the battery or other components
