Wheel of the robot vacuum stuck

@Dreame One of the wheels of the robot vacuum is stuck due to which is keeps moving in circles and does not move forward. Checked if it is stuck due to any dust particles being logged but that is not the case. The wheel is stuck by itself. Need help in resolving this issue.
