Product disappeared for app

We have bought Dreame L 40 ultra AE. Since the day we bought it, it has happened twice that the device disappears from the app and we need to add it back, doing the entire scanning and reconnecting process. Please assist.

Hi, the device does not appear from the App automatically. it may happen when either the robot is factory reset or someone tries to reconnect it on another App.

Once it is connected to one App, use device sharing feature
