Dustbin not installed

I am gettimg dustbin not installled error even though it is clean and not damaged. Product model is DREAME F10 Black 2 in 1 Robot Vacuum Cleaner & Mop

Please check if filter is installed. If it is installed, then contact customer support for virtual diagnosis. They will inspect it over a video call and understand the issue better and suggest correct solution
