Robot is not using water for mopping

Even though I selected both vacuuming and mopping, the robot doesn’t appear to use water for mopping, and I also don’t see any dirty water being collected after the cleaning cycle.

While mopping as well, some of the stains are not removed.

This may indicate that the robot may need a deep cleaning and maintenance. Please check if the washboard area is clean. IF after cleaning it still doesn't work, please reach out to customer care
