L40 ultra ae power turns off in dock automaticaly

Hi in L40 ultra ae the dock power turns off automatically and we need to switch off and on the power to wake it is there anything like sleep mode in this

When the robot is fully charged and still on charge, it will go to sleep. This is quite normal. You can just tap any button on the robot to wake it up or simply use APP to give clening tasks directly

I too have same problem - issue is dock is kind of getting powered off is it usual ? never happened to me before. I keep it plugged so that I can use whenever I want but now the dock is getting powered off even though it's plugged to socket

Hi I see Dreame L40 ultra AE is cleaning for two times in clean genius mode, why is to so and how to correct it
