It says low battery and goes back to Charging even at 20%

Hi there, the Robot vaccum cleaner goes back to charging station when it has 20% batter remaining. I don’t know why it doesn’t use that left 20% battery first and then go back to Power Station.

I am unable to set cleaning sequence.
It shows that first you have to save map, but the map is already saved.
Anyone can help with this?
