robot is getting discharged or is not turning on

This is ls10 pro ultra heat and this machine discharges or malfunctions when it leaves the dock as the app shows the charging is full and when it comes out of dock the lights turnes off immediately please help what to do i tried factory resetting it and even tried network resetting but the robot dosent work it isnt been a month since i bought this kindly help.
