Loose part of vacuum robot main brush.

While cleaning the main brush, the slot feels loose. Im afraid with durability and read alot about after sales service being slow. How can I get Dreame address this issue at the earliest. I bought D20 Ultra 3 days ago.

Also the product now appears out of stock in Amazon. I don’t know whether it’s not available now due to its being out of stock or this model has reached its end of life.
