Vacuum making loud noise after air filter cleaning

Vacuum making loud noise after air filter cleaning.
Though i came to know after reading on Internet that it might be cause of cleaning the air filter by water and it not sufficiently drying, where by i already ordered i spare.
But the sad thing is,  after lodging the complaint dreame support took 6 days until they even contacted me and when i told them i had purchased the air filter to check from my end directly they said they can't keep the complaint open for so many days. I mean they contacted me after a week and could not wait for another day for me to receive the spare filter? Not very good service i would say.

Hopefully I'm wrong and this was just a one off.
