[L10s Pro Ultra] What a waste of an experience

Bought L10s Pro Ultra and D10 together. The L10s Pro Ultra has been serviced 6 times in under 9 months and still lies unusable. Parts that were not needed to be changed, have been changed and I have paid for the same, not to mention the cost of courier and Porter. I really want this specific piece to be replaced or returned.

Really frustrated and this step was suggested by your support team. I am intending take this where to get some sane solution.
