Dreame L10 Prime Mopping Issue

Hi My Dreame L10 Prime is having mopping issue it is not using the fresh water tank while mopping this is happening since more than a week. Pls help us what to do

I think I'm having similar issue. It's not going back to clean the mop at regular intervals while a cleaning task is in progress

Even i am facing same issue from 1 week

I am facing the same issue as well. Is it a software issue? I don't remember it receiving any firmware updates
