Thread tangled in the main big wheel

Reading Mode

I have Dreame LS Pro , and in its main wheel a thick thread is tangled. I tried to take out the thread but it broke and I can still see the thread is tangled deep in the wheel. I cant reach the thread to pull it out anymore and the big wheel is also not openable or removable. Whenever Dreame moves around, its one wheel, which has a tangled thread does not spin freely. What should I do?
