Robot not turning on after one day of use

Reading Mode

The docking station is powered on. The robot after completing moping and docking started charging, but is now not turning on today.

Pressed the power button on the robot for more than 3 seconds, but no response.

On the app, it is showing device is offline.

How to troubleshoot this?

Tried the reset button next to wifi led as well, but no response.
