The detergent liquid is showing not installed

The detergent liquid is not showing installed although it's connected properly. I have also cleaned the metal connectors but same problem is there.
Please help

The water tank is not being recognized properly, even when it is correctly inserted. It takes a long time and several attempts before the machine finally accepts it.

Please look into this issue, as it makes using the machine quite difficult.

I have the same issue with detergent system with my L50 ultra ce

I have got it replaced...and now it works fine
