Dreame D10 Plus Gen2 does not dock or charge

Mopping is not done. Once the Mop pad is fixed the robot fixed at one particular place

I unboxed the D20 ultra robot today. I find the robot is not covering all the area properly. Secondly, I repeatedly was giving instructions for recharging however its not taking the input and just kept roaming around the entire flat.

The machine is not charging it comes from dock and not goes to dock
