I don't see availability of Dc20 ultra no accessories from 1.5 months on Website. Performance issues no Support or service at all

Accessories are out of stock from months..D20 ultra kit not available. What kind of service is this ... Company itself is out of stock heard and seen this for first time...2 months fake promises.

Have been waiting for the parts for almost a month . Need to replace mop pads and side brush . Parts are always out of stock !!
