Accessories for Dreame Robot Vaccum

Most of the products are always showing currently not available, then how can I get the product if I require. The cleaning solution is not showing as available since the first day. How to solve this issue.

I have tried escalating many times to dreame support as well but no response or help has been provided by the team. DISAPPOINTING

I am having really bad experience in terms of service .The product has issues twice within a span of 1year.Tulsi customer care executive is very arrogant and makes it difficult in terms of getting this robot vacuum cleaner serviced .Their is no other escalation matrix to reach out to address the issue in India.Very disappointing the way it has been handled

Had anybody ever got a reply from the email ID they have mentioned?? I have sent 11 emails and zero responses … regret that I bought a dreame machine.
