I have tried escalating many times to dreame support as well but no response or help has been provided by the team. DISAPPOINTING

I am having really bad experience in terms of service .The product has issues twice within a span of 1year.Tulsi customer care executive is very arrogant  and makes it difficult in terms of getting this robot vacuum cleaner serviced .Their is no other escalation matrix to reach out to address the issue in India.Very disappointing the way it has been handled
