I want to clean my top of Wardrobe. Table top but it is falling not sending edges

My robo is not returning to charge dock . It keeps roaming around the charging station but does not go there on its own

There are 2 wifi in my home so for ground floor i have connected it to device ..but for first floor how can i connect with different wifi?

I bought the d10 plus gen 2 and I regret my decision. I got it cause i have a pet and this machine take all the hair and runnes over the dock dumping the fur outside. happens when it runs over mat as well. now i have to run behind the machine to pickup the fur. double job for me.

Doesnt detect the dock, doesnt autoclean, and doesnt vaccum properly even only in vaccum mode. I have to manually sit and play around like a child and make it pick all the dirt it leaves on floor. I lost my money and got headache instead😑

We purchased  Dreame L 10 pro during Nov 25.  Till date no sevice technician  attended for my  complaints.  They never respond  to phones before 12 noon.   They are telling that they are not able  to get petrol  in vijayawada.  Funny. Very poor  working service       staff.                                                                     Poor avalablity of spares. We have to depend on amezan. Some times they are not supplying correct spares.                                                                                        Customer care people did not know well about their products.  For every complaint they are replying to take the  unit to puchased shop.  Very poor response. Negligence.
