Doesn't work with Alexa anymore

Hi, my robo is not suctioning the dirt collected from dust box to dust bag.I have looked into all possibilities by clearing wind pipe passages and proper dust bag placing. Please HELP on this. Struggling to empty the dust box daily maually even after investing lots of money for peaceful cleaning.
