[Maintenance] Important Care Guide: Keeping Your Dreame Robot in Peak Condition

Dear Valued Dreame User,
We are deeply committed to ensuring your Dreame robot vacuum provides you with a long-lasting, exceptional cleaning experience. To help you maximize the lifespan and performance of your device—especially its cutting-edge mopping and self-cleaning functions—we want to share a crucial piece of maintenance advice, paired with a general routine overview.
Your cleaning experience and long-term satisfaction are our top priorities.

1. The Crucial Rule: Always Ensure Complete Dryness
We have recently received feedback regarding premature corrosion or rust appearing on some metal components, even after a short period of use. After a thorough review, our engineers diagnose this is primarily caused by moisture being trapped in the internal system or dock components when the machine is stored or used immediately after a wash, which can happen if the component is not fully dry.
Our Sincere Advice: When cleaning parts that involve water, we recommend setting them aside to air-dry for a minimum of 24 hours in a well-ventilated area. Taking this extra time will protect your device and save you from potential issues in the long run.

2. Your General Robot Maintenance Routine
Following a consistent routine will keep your robot operating at its best. Below are the key areas to focus on for any Dreame robot with an All-in-One Base Station:

By incorporating this simple step of complete air-drying and maintaining the components regularly, you will ensure your Dreame robot vacuum continues to deliver powerful, safe, and efficient cleaning for many years to come.

Why does some small insects come to the washboard
2025-11-16 14:33:22 IN Translate

Hi Shalini, small insects usually come if they have already infested the house.
Since robot collects dirty stuff in bags, often some food particles, it may attract the insects.

In case if you find this happening with your robot, We strongly suggest you to get pest control done as the insects may enter the product and damage the electronics of the robot and other appliances.

The robot is making noise as if moving though a rough terrain while cleaning the floor. Can you help to understand why it is so?

Yeah my robot makes screeching noise, like it's dragging some part on the floor, don't know if it's supposed to do that
