Dust bag installation warning not resolving

The dust bag in my L10s pro ultra is installed correctly. Its slid in till the metal pin inside. Still shows "Dust bag not installed" in the app and hence the dust is not emptying. Please help.
I have uploaded the video please check and get the service done. From past so many days because of this the robot has not emptied itself in the dust bag

Hi,
There are a few things we'd like to highlight -
1. Your dust bag is overused and required immediate replacement.
2. We also see liquid spots inside the chamber which indicates that you robot has run over liquid/water which has entered dust tank, further getting in the dust bag while station tried auto-emptying. This may also be the leading reason behind the switch not detecting the dust bag as it could be damaged due to liquid exposure.

We request you to contact customer support and get your product checked at service center.
